Master Agreements For Each Semester

The particular legal requirements related to Independent Study require forms that will stand up to the scrutiny of annual audit. Antelope View Charter School made a shift from traditional forms on NCR to an electronic format that retained the elements required embedded in a state of the art Student Information Management System (AERIES).

Current Master Agreements are in the form of a Student Schedule. Monthly Goal Sheets are in the form of Assignment Logs in AERIES Grade Books for each class.
