Master Schedule of Instruction Reflects Numbers & Needs

The following represents a seven period day on a four day instructional week schedule with facilities use, teacher assignment, and days per week offered. This master "board" is a tool to help administration plan for the best use of resources and to avoid double booking a room or a time slot. From this schedule an instructional schedule is then built in AERIES software, but from this format alone, a schedule can be successfully planned, even without the help of a software program.
