Orientations

Antelope View operates as a hybrid-model Independent Study charter school. Simply put, we're Independent Study, but we require students to attend some classes. Our history and test results prove that this approach is better than Independent Study alone.

To make families fully aware of exactly what we are, and of what we expect from our students, we require attendance at one of our orientations (which are by appointment only). All new students must also take a short math and reading assessment, which can be done after the orientation. (Exception: High school students who have passed the California High School Exit Exam do not have to assess.)
